Winter continues writing, then flips the page and draws a picture of Slash.

Slash uses the quill and the quill dances on the page. He keeps writing and once done, he falls backwards onto the floor, dropping the notebook and falling asleep.

Winter yawns sleepily and finishes her picture, then lays the book down and curls up under the blankets, falling asleep in minutes.

Slash lays his head down on a rock and kicks dirt onto the fire thus putting it out. He stares at the ceiling for a minute then his eyes slowly close until he slips off into the darkness of sleep.

Slash feels daylight slowly warm up his fur through the cracks in the entrance he shakes his head and looks at the stones. He stretches and starts up a fire again.

Winter gasps and screams, slapping his arm in shock as she sits up. She then looks at him. "S-Sorry," she said softly. Her heart was still hammering in her chest.
