Windclan Elder den

When the warriors in Windclan retire they come to this den.

Poppyseed sat in the den grumbling.

Their stupid leader had gone out to attack Caveclan.

...STUPID LEADER!

Tornadopaw bounds in with a mouse in his jaws for Poppyseed.

Poppyseed realized that he must have caught this mouse himself. It was slightly small, but it looked plump and juicy. She knew he must be proud of it. She nodded to him and thanked him quietly. "Have you heard any news about the patrol?" she asked him as she bit into her mouse. She didn't have to tell him what patrol since everyone knew about the patrol sent to attack Caveclan. Daisystar hadn't said, of course, that they were going to attack them, but everyone knew it would end up that way. A screech came from across the moor and Poppyseed tensed. "Nevermind," she mewed quietly, then she added more truthfully than she had ever been to an apprentice, "This is delishious. (i know i spelled delishious wrong) Will you catch me another one tomorrow? Oh, and can you please get the medicine cat, Spidertail has a tick."

Tornadopaw blushes at the compliment then nods "I'll go get the medicine cat," he mews quietly before bounding off.

Spidertail grumbled as he waited for Tornadowpaw to bring the medicine cat. "I don't see how your so kind to those disrespectful apprentices!" he grumbled to Poppyseed.

Poppyseed purred. "I'm sure your were exactly like them when YOU were an apprentices" she mewed. "And Tornadowpaw isn't disrespectful."

Scarsilk pads in with Tornadopaw by her side "I heard you have a tick," Scarsilk murmers "Where?" She adds on.

Spidertail shot Poppyseed a glare before answering, "It's on my back and it feels like it's the size of a pebble... and it hurts!"

Poppyseed sighed and thanked Tornadopaw for Spidertail.

Scarsilk sighs "I hate to ask but could you get me some mousebile Tornadopaw?" She mews to the apprentice. Tornadopaw shuffles his paws "Yes madam," he pounces off.

Poppyseed slept peacefully, she coughed but didn't wake up.

Tornadopaw comes in with mousebile "Here you go Scarsilk..." he gives the mousebile to Scarsilk. Scarsilk dips her head with gratitude "Thank you Tornadopaw," Scarsilk pads over to Spidertail and puts the mousebile on the tick.

Spidertail sighed as the annoying tick gave up. "Thanks," he purred. His eyes glazed over and he lay his head down and started to snore.

"yes..." she mewed as she drifted off into sleep.

Tornadopaw looks at his idol uncomfortably (poppyseed).

Scarsilk looks at Tornadopaw " I need to ask your mentor and Daisystar about something." She flicks her tail for Tornadopaw to follow.

Tornadopaw follows Scarsilk quietly

As soon as they left the den Poppyseed went into a fit of coughing, wich she had been holding in. She knew they were to far away to hear it now. And Spidertail was a very sound sleeper.

She let out a few more coughs and then lay limp.

Poppyseed looks up, "Yes?" she rasped. Her orange tail flicked as she sat up weakly.

"Hmmm...? Are you hurt?"

"Nonsense! I'm not sick!" she coughed again
