Watching the stars (A rogue looking for a clan)

Paelen looks around. "Where are the kits?" he asks.

Technostar watches. "Cy..." she says softly.

Treetop looks at Midnight. "I'm sorry," she says softly. "I know you liked him."

"Yes madam Technostar?" Cy mumbles pricking his ears to hear Technostar.

Midnight shakes his head, "The kit wanted to be with a mentor who was more strategical than powerful anyway."

Technostar looks at her paws. "We should question them after they've had some time with their kits," she suggests.

Nightpaw races over. "Mom! Dad!" she throws herself on top of Rain. "Hi!"

Treetop looks at the ground. "Oh..." she mumbled.

Lunarpaw pads up quietly, "Mother, Father. Hello. How are you? By time we've been here approximately an hour."

Rain nuzzles Nightpaw, "Hello!"

Cy nods and backs off from the group a bit, "Understood."

Midnight shrugs, "I'll get another one day."

Paelen looked at Lunarpaw. "I was so worried!" he cried.

Nightpaw stands and looks around. "Hmmm..."

Technostar nods thoughtfully and sits, watching the cats curiously.

Treetop decides to change the subject. "Would you like a rabbit?" she asks.

Lunarpaw nods, "It's not actually a bad place here. It's very...advanced. It shows signs of development that our clan is unaware of."

Rain blinks, "You okay Nightpaw?"

Cy slowly wavers his tail, waiting anxiously for the next command.

Midnight nods, "I guess."

Paelen shrugs. "That's because they're Technoclan," he said. "They're geniuses... sick geniuses."

Nightpaw shrugs. "They have to have some sort of weakness."

Technostar nods. "Soon..."

Treetop exits and comes back with a rabbit. She drops it in front of Midnight.

Lunarpaw doesn't say anything else. He then looks at his father, "They can't all be bad."
Cy eases his tension and focuses on Lunarpaw tightly his bionic eye figiting slightly.
Rain flicks her ears, she couldn't barely hear anything but all the currents.
Midnight purrs and Licks Treetop.

Paelen sighs. "Not all of them, but Technostar gives me the creeps."

Technostar looks at Lunarpaw too. "What is it?" she asks curiously.

Treetop purred. "I hope you get well soon," she says.

Lunarpaw shrugs, "She seemed nice enough."
"Lunarpaw. He seems to have taken a liking to our clan Madam," Cyprus responds.
Midnight nods, "It won't take me long."

Paelen remembers the first time. "Um..." he mumbles.

Technostar looks at the apprentice. "Hmmm... you could be right," she says slowly.

Treetop nods in reply. "Good," she says.

Lunarpaw looks around, his eyes twinkle, "If you lived in a world of such marvel, would you be bitter inside? This is practically the Starclan of legends! Maybe even better. But of course. I DID notices some mistakes here..."

Cyprus nods, that was enough proof.

Midnight lays his head down, "I should probably rest. Tell Paelen that's he's welcome."

Paelen and Nightpaw look up. "What?" they ask in unison.

Technostar sighs. "We should probably go now before they try anything."

Treetop looks at Midnight. "Okay... but Paelen is in Technoclan..."

Cyprus nods and backs away from the group completely.

Lunarpaw points his tail at a spot, "If the root connect was there it would've worked better but instead they located it farther away which made it so they needed two."

Midnight groans, "Idiot."

Technostar walks off towards her den.

Paelen and Nightpaw blink in confusion. "What?"

Treetop shrugs. "He wanted his kits."

Lunerpaw shakes his head, "Don't worry about it then."

Midnight nods, "he should've told Daisystar."

(Um... if he wants...)

Paelen and Nightpaw sigh.

Treetop shrugs. "I could tell her for him," she suggests.

Cyprus leaves his mistress some space to think. If needed he would be able to be called.

Rain blinks rapidly nervously, did her kit LIKE this place?!

Midnight shakes his head, "His fault."

Paelen looked at Lunarpaw, concerned. "But... I mean..." he looks at the ground.

Nightpaw looks at Lunarpaw. "So... you like the cats who imprisoned you and you think they're geniuses..."

Treetop shrugs. "Okay," she says plainly.

A few minutes later Technostar returns, this time with a golden collar around her neck. She looks at the cell curiously.

Rain shakes her head, "Nightpaw! You mustn't judge everycat by another cat's doing! Lunarpaw had his rights, you have yours! He can enjoy anything he wants to. Whether it's watching stars or electrical currents!"
Lunarpaw doesn't say anything and walks away from his parents, he felt shamed.
Midnight rolls onto his side with a struggle and closes his eyes and just peacefully thinks.
Cyprus follows Technostar closely on guard.

Nightpaw looks at the ground. "Sorry..."

Treetop exits the den.

Technostar walks closer. "Maybe it's time," she says.

Rain licks her kit, "It's okay."

Cyprus looks at Technostar and nods.

Technostar pushes the door open and steps inside.

Nightpaw looks up and immediately regrets it. "Ugly cat..." she mutters under her breath.

Technostar ignores the comment and fixes her gaze on Paelen.

Paelen's tail fluffs up but he says nothing.

Cyprus growls at Nightpaw, NO ONE offends his mistress, he then calms down, he was not ordered to attack, little nuisance,

Lunarpaw looks in that general direction, his tail slicked down. He was too small to fight for his parents, and his sister.

Nightpaw sees that Cy is annoyed and smiles just a little bit.

Technostar narrows her eyes. "We need blood from the kits," she says plainly.
